Our production sites do reserve the right to substitute product in the event that the required item is unavailable, as per our Terms and Conditions.
This may happen if you have ordered a 'Limited Time Only' product - the last date of delivery/collection will always be displayed on these products in our store. It can also happen if one our regular doughnuts is not being produced while a 'Limited Time Only' doughnut is being produced.
Doughnut fret, if we do need to substitute your product, our Production Teams will do their best to make the substitution as close as possible to the original doughnut you chose, as we want our doughnuts to keep the smiles on your faces!
