Should damage occur during transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate with our courier partner as to the cause and provide a resolution with you as soon as possible.
As all Krispy Kreme product deliveries are subject to Authority to Leave (ATL), Krispy Kreme and/or our courier partners are not liable for any loss or damage to the parcel that occurs post-delivery. This means it's really important there's a safe place the parcel can be left when receiving a delivery.
Should your order fail to be delivered, please contact us and we will investigate. If we determine the fault lies with Krispy Kreme and/or our courier partner, we will work with you to provide a resolution as soon as possible.
However, if our couriers were unable to complete the delivery due to causes outside of our reasonable control (such as but not limited to; an incorrect address provided, inability to access the delivery location, or no safe place suitable for the delivery to be left), and all reasonable attempts were made to complete the delivery, the order will be returned to our factory/store, and/or disposed of. An additional fee may be required should you request a redelivery.
Krispy Kreme does not take responsibility for any delay or loss in deliveries caused by, or in any way connected with, any cause outside of our reasonable control including but not limited to shortfall of supplies, courier delays, strikes, industrial disputes, terrorism, riot, fire, storm and other acts of God, communications or network failures, traffic delays or accidents.
