Please take a photo and use our Contact Us form to get in touch. This allows us to investigate the issue with our Production Team. Once we receive your photo, we will be able to find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
You need to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt, and must contact our Head Office within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please note: Our staff work 9.00am – 5.00pm AEDT, Monday to Friday (excl. Public Holidays) and are available and happy to help during these hours. Outside these hours, we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible the next working day.
Krispy Kreme do not have a same day delivery option. As such, our ability to replace a damaged product on the same day you contact us may be limited. We will endeavour to find a suitable alternative solution for you.
As per our Terms and Conditions, our Production Team can replace doughnuts in your order if the doughnut requested is unavailable. In these cases, the doughnut will be replaced with the closest matching doughnut.
