The fastest way to troubleshoot this is to try a few of the steps below so that you can checkout while you're in the mood! :-)
- Each section of our checkout will open up for you to complete once the section before it is filled in completely. If your payment section is still greyed out, make sure your State is selected from the drop-down, as this is the easiest field to miss during this step of checkout!
- If the Address section still hasn't opened up for you, please ensure all fields in the 'Shipping Method' section are filled out. This includes your postcode, Pick-up or Delivery method, Delivery/Pick-Up date, Pick Up Store and time (where applicable) or Delivery Type (where applicable)
- Try using a different browser or incognito mode
- Clear your browser's cache. If you are unsure how to do this, search ‘your browser + clear cache instructions’. (e.g. ‘Chrome clear cache instructions’) After clearing your cache, restart your device.
- Try using your phone or a different device.
