Once your order has been successfully submitted, an order confirmation page will load in your browser with your order number – please note the order number down.
You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order to the email address supplied at checkout. Please check your ‘Junk’ and ‘Spam’ folders if you have not received an order confirmation.
If you are a registered customer, and have an online customer account with us, you will be able to see all placed orders in your order history.
If you don't receive your order email, or receive a confirmation number at the end of the transaction, please contact us.
