There might be a couple of reasons why you didn't receive a Birthday reward, but most commonly, it will be one of the following three reasons:
- You have only just subscribed to our newsletter. You need to be subscribed to our newsletter with your date of birth registered at least 4 weeks in advance. This is because the Birthday email is sent a few weeks before your birthday, so if you only sign up to our newsletter a few days before your Birthday, then you've unfortunately missed the cut-off and won't receive a Birthday reward this year, and we won't be able to send you a replacement voucher.
- You've unsubscribed from our emails at some point. You do need to have an active subscription in order to be eligible for the reward, and we aren't able to send a replacement voucher.
- Your Birthday isn't registered on your account. You can log into your account and check your account details to see if your birthday is registered. If you were subscribed at least 4 weeks in advance, and your Birthday was registered in the past but seems to have dropped off your account, contact us.
