It’s just a few easy steps! This article will take you through the full process, starting with booking in with us, right through to receiving your doughnuts.
To get you started, create an account on our Krispy Kreme Fundraising website. Click here to go to the account creation page. This is an optional step, but we recommend it if you want to be able to view your order history.
Once you've created an account and received your confirmation email - you are approved to run a Krispy Kreme Fundraiser and can get selling!
We have three recommended methods of selling our doughnuts - but it's ultimately up to you, and we recommend you decide on the selling method that works best for you.
Suggested Method 1: Pre-Selling Doughnuts Prior to Your Fundraising Date
You can choose to pre-sell our dozen doughnut packs to members of your organisation or community.
At the end of the pre-selling period (and 10 days before your event), tally up your totals, and then place the order online!
Suggested Method 2: The Bake Sale
You can choose to purchase a variety of our Fundraising products, and then sell these on a single day - if you have a school fair or fundraising event, this might be the option for you!
Suggested Method 3: Event Catering
If you're hosting an event that is ticketed - you can use the Krispy Kreme Fundraising Program to purchase Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and include this in the price of your event ticket.
For example - if you are hosting a Fundraising Movie Night and expect to sell 200 tickets for $10 each - you would expect a total of $2000 at the end of the night and maybe some hungry guests. By adding $2.40 to each ticket ($12.40 total in this example) you will have an extra $480 to purchase 20 Dozen Original Glazed® Doughnuts for $17 each ($340) and making an additional profit of $140! (and have happy Doughnut-eating Movie Guests!)
Once you've determined how many doughnuts you want to purchase, log back into your account, and place the order!
Please note: All Fundraising Orders must be placed 10 days in advance - we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
