Our Inner Circle Welcome Offer only sends if you subscribed to the newsletter in the account creation process. If you unchecked the subscription box, then unfortunately you are not eligible for the Welcome Offer, and it won't send.
If you did subscribe to the Welcome Offer, and you haven't received it, there may be a couple of reasons.
The most common is likely that it is just taking a bit of time for our newsletter database to send. It can take up to 24 hours for the Welcome Offer to send, and there's no way for our teams to speed that process up, so you may just need to sit tight and wait for it to come through.
Another common reason is that it's gone to your Spam/Junk/Promotions tab. Check your filters to make sure your mailing provider isn't automatically filtering our emails.
Another reason is if you were already subscribed to our newsletter, but have only just made an account for the first time. You would have received your welcome offer when you first signed up to our newsletter, so we can't send you a new one unfortunately!
If you've waited 24 hours for the email to come through, and you've got a brand new subscription to our newsletter and checked your spam/junk folders and still haven't received it, feel free to contact us and we'll investigate.
