If  you need to cancel, we can action this when receiving notice in writing by at least 7 days prior to your event. If payment has already been made, we will need your bank details to process a refund and cancellation. Please contact us ASAP so we can assist you with a cancellation.

If you are cancelling within 7 days of your event, cancellation fees may apply as per the Terms & Conditions on your confirmation contract.
