You can place your fundraising order up to 60 days in advance, right up to 10 calendar before your fundraiser date. Please note - you don't need to get pre-approval from us for your fundraising date, and you can check fundraising date availability by adding product to cart and checking the calendar at check-out, or by clicking here! Dates around special occasions such as Easter, Halloween and Christmas are often closed, so we advise against organizing your fundraisers around those dates. 

Your order needs to be placed a minimum of 10 calendar before your fundraiser date, with payment due one week (7 days) before your fundraiser date.
