When ordering the Wedding or Baby Shower Dozen online, we highly recommend ordering for collection, and picking the product up from one of our stores where possible. This way, you can check the product before you leave the store to ensure it is correct. It also means you can control when your doughnuts arrive to you, as you’re not restricted by our courier’s delivery time frames.

Anyone can collect on your behalf, provided they have the confirmation email that is emailed to you upon checkout, so you can ask your family or friends to pick up your doughnuts and deliver them to your event on the big day!

However, we understand it is not always possible to have someone collect our doughnuts for you. When using our delivery service, we recommend the Fast Delivery option, as this means your doughnuts will be delivered by 2pm. In the rare event that there is an issue with the way your product arrives, this gives our team time to do everything we can to resolve the issue.

When ordering the Wedding Dozen or Baby Shower on Regular Delivery, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that we will be able to resolve any potential issues with delivery on the day you receive them, due to the timing of these deliveries being any time up to 5.00pm.
