If you require a change to your products, delivery date or delivery address, we will need to cancel your order by 3pm, 2 business days before your original delivery date, and you must place a new order before 5pm the day before your required delivery date.
We can add or alter gift messages up until 3pm 2 business days before your delivery is due. To do so, please contact us. Any changes needing to be made for orders due out for collection or delivery on Monday must be required by 3pm the Thursday prior (excl public holidays).
