How do I claim my free doughnut from the feedback survey?

At Krispy Kreme we want to hear from you and we will give you a free doughnut of your choice for giving us feedback!

Here's how:

1. Head to www.krispykremefeedback.com.au
2. Enter the 17-digit code on the bottom of your receipt to begin the survey.
3. Once you complete the survey you will be given a unique code.
4. Write this code on the bottom of your receipt
5. Head in store to get your free doughnut with any other purchase when you show your receipt and unique survey code!
