You can book your fundraiser in up to 3 months in advance, right up to 2 weeks before your fundraiser date. However, our fundraiser dates can fill up, and fundraisers are not guaranteed until you have received a Booking Confirmation from our Krispy Kreme Fundraising Team, so we do recommend booking in as early as possible if you already know the date of your event :-)
The time you take for the full process can vary depending on how long you want to collect orders for.
We require your final numbers two weeks before your fundraiser date, with payment due one week before your fundraiser date.
We recommend collecting orders for at least one week, which would mean a total time of 3 weeks from booking your fundraiser with us, to receiving your doughnuts!
