At Krispy Kreme we take great pride in the standards of our customer service and products. As such, we investigate any feedback thoroughly.
In order for us to further investigate feedback, there are some details we require.
Please email customersupport@krispykreme.com.au with your full name and contact details. Please include a copy of your store receipt. If you do not have your receipt, please include as much of the following information as possible to help us investigate:
- Which store you visited
- Date and time of your purchase
- Details of your purchase including quantity and type of product purchased
- Confirmation of payment method - cash/card
- Confirmation of whether the transaction occurred in store or drive thru
- Car model, colour and registration details if the transaction was in the drive thru
- Name or identifying information of the Krispy Kreme team member who served you
