Please take a photo and send it to us via KK2YOU@krispykreme.com.au, along with your order number. This allows us to investigate the issue with our couriers.
Once we receive your photo, we will be able to find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
You need to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and must contact our Head Office within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please note: The Wedding Dozen is a custom made product. As such, our ability to replace damaged product with the same doughnut variety on the same day may be limited. We will endeavour to find a suitable alternative solution for you.
