The fastest way to troubleshoot this is to try a few of the steps below so that you can checkout while the light is still on.
- Each section of our checkout will open up for you to complete once the section before it is filled in completely. If your payment section is still greyed out, make sure your State is selected from the dropdown, as this is the easiest field to miss during this step of checkout!
- Try using a different browser or incognito mode
- Clear your browser's cache. If you are unsure how to do this, search ‘your browserclear cache instructions’. (e.g. ‘Safari clear cache instructions’) After clearing your cache, restart your device.
- Try using your phone or a different device.
The free delivery through our Delivery Light is done automatically through our system, so unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer free delivery if you can’t check out while the light is on.
