Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your products, delivery date or delivery address.
If you require a change to these, we will need to cancel your order by 3pm AEST the business day before your original delivery date, and you must place a new order before 5pm the day before your required delivery date.
We can add or alter gift messages up until 3pm AEST the business day before your delivery is due. To do so, please contact our team by e-mailing KK2YOU@krispykreme.com.au. Any changes needing to be made for orders due out for collection or delivery on Monday must be required by 3pm AEST the Friday prior (excl public holidays).
