Unfortunately any issues relating to your UberEats account does need to be raised directly through your app, or via your account at https://www.ubereats.com/nz
Once logged in, you can find the Help menu via your account view, after which you are presented with categories from which you can select the issue most relevant to your own order and experienced issue. This will then prompt you to provide more detail so that a UberEats agent will be able to further assist.
