If you placed your order while logged into your account, just log back on and navigate to your account dashboard. There you can see your order status.
Processing means your order has been successfully received by our site, and will be produced on your nominated collection/delivery date.
Complete means your order has been fulfilled (with the exception of our fundraising customers, whose order may be listed as complete once they pay via bank transfer or they have had airfreight details attached to their order).
On Hold means your order has been placed on hold by a member of our customer support team - this can happen if you reach out needing order details changed, or if you need to postpone your order but you don't have a date yet to change it to.
Cancelled / Closed means the order has been refunded.
